We hope this announcement finds you well. It has been about a month since we reached out to Trainers and announced the financial struggles Grand Meadows has been experiencing in recent months and the necessity of suspending our VIP program and the discounts and credits it includes.
After aggressive expense and inventory cuts, we have somewhat stabilized, but our monthly sales are still down substantially from where they have been historically, all while trying to keep our products affordable. In this new “normal” we simply cannot afford to offer discounts and credits for the foreseeable future, unless we develop a significant new source of revenue. We understand that this decision may hinder or stop some of our customers from buying or using our products, but it is important for you to know that the Grand Premium Plus, even at retail price, is substantially less per day than Platinum CJ, Smart Ultra, or some of our other competitors out there (please see attached comparison chart for reference).
We have done everything in our power to be able to keep some benefit beyond the products themselves for our customers and will be offering Free Shipping to those who elect to sign up for auto-ship. If this is something you may be interested in, you can find our updated auto-ship form on our website or you may contact our office, and we can assist you with signing up.
We apologize for the inconvenience these changes may have caused and hope that you will continue to use our products despite these changes and can assure you these were not voluntary by any means.
