Commission on Net Sales
Your commission is calculated on the sale price after any customer discount has been applied — never on the full retail price.
Subscription Step-Down
Earn your full 10% on referred subscriptions for the first 12 months. After that, subscription commissions continue at 5% — you still earn, and the program stays sustainable.
One Code Per Order
Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or sale pricing. One discount per order keeps it simple and fair for everyone.
Return & Refund Policy
If a referred customer returns a product or receives a refund within 30 days, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
Self-Purchase Excluded
Affiliates cannot use their own referral code for personal orders. This program rewards you for growing our community, not discounting your own purchases.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping for referred customers applies to all orders within the contiguous US (lower 48). Hawaii and Alaska orders ship at standard rates.
60-Day Tracking Window
When a customer clicks your link, a tracking cookie is set for 60 days. If they purchase within that window — even days later — you earn the commission.
Program Review
Grand Meadows reviews program terms quarterly. Any changes to commission rates or terms will be communicated with 30 days' written notice.

How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal. Once your commission balance reaches $25, payment is issued automatically through your affiliate dashboard. Balances under $25 carry over to the next month.
Do I earn on subscription renewals?
Yes — you earn 10% for the first 12 months of a referred subscription. After month 12, subscription commissions continue at 5% for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
Can I combine my affiliate code with a sale or promo?
No. Affiliate codes are standalone and cannot be stacked with other discounts, seasonal promotions, or coupon codes. This ensures consistent pricing and fair commissions.
Can I use my own code for my purchases?
No. Affiliate codes are for referring clients to Grand Meadows. Self-referral orders will not earn commission and may result in account review. For personal savings, check out our subscription pricing.
Where can I promote Grand Meadows?
Social media, blogs, YouTube, email newsletters, and in-person at your barn or events. Paid ads using Grand Meadows brand keywords are not permitted without written approval.
What happens if my account goes inactive?
If your affiliate account has no referral activity for 90 consecutive days, it will be paused. You can reactivate at any time by contacting us — no need to reapply.
Does free shipping apply to Hawaii and Alaska?
Free standard shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.
